Here you can find information about our Accessibility Policy, how we protect your personal information and how we allow re-use of information that is available to the public.

The provision of quality customer service is one of the Commission for Public Service Appointments’ key principles.

The Commission regularly reviews its strategy documents that set out what we do now, and what we intend to do into the future.

Under the FOI Act you are entitled to apply for access to information not otherwise publicly available. In order to facilitate public access to records held by the Commission for Public Service Appointments, a publication is available, as required by Sections 15 and 16 of the FOI Act. The publication, entitled A Guide to the Functions, Records and Rules of the Commission, is available for consultation. This reference book sets out a general description of the organisation, and the functions, rules, procedures, practices and interpretations it uses in making decisions in respect of the range of activities it conducts.

Under the Public Service Reform plan, the Commission are committed to publishing details of purchase orders of €20,000 from the end of 2012.
